PROJECT OBJECTIVE
To empower users with intuitive business intelligence tools using aggregated contract data through intuitive business intelligence tools. This allows users to review thousands of contracts through machine learning and AI system to flag areas of a contract for further legal review. It also proves the ability to organize the contracts in a searchable document repository and provide analysis regarding risks, obligations, and entitlements. The output is a user-friendly summary, making it easier for users to find the answers needed in charts and reports that tie directly back to the underlying contracts for deeper analysis.
ROLE: DIRECTOR OF DESIGN
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS LEAD & MANAGER OF PEOPLE
Led planning and strategy workshops to align user experience and product capabilities with short- and long-term business goals.
Built and guided multi-discipline design and research teams to successful outcomes through a culture of empowerment and accountability.
Created an inclusive and supportive environment to attract and retain team members with unique and valuable skill sets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR
Developed user personas, product vision, and design explorations that guided product development and key decisions while also building out design prototypes and a component library.
Carried out extensive research to understand the internal practices and manual processes required to complete end-to-end sales transactions.
